This film tells the story of humans on earth are slowly starting to emerge from the downturn after the end of the battle of the robots in Transformers: Dark of the Moon. Autobots and Decepticons have disappeared from the planet after the battle.

But there are groups of people who are powerful, intelligent ruler and scientists who are trying to learn from the events of Transformers attacks in the past to develop new technologies that can control the robot, because with these things they do to prepare for the future if there is another new threat.

But without them knowing, ancient Transformers from the past a very strong rise up and toward the earth. Then return an epic battle between good and evil, freedom, and a massive slavery would happen afterwards.
